2. Former Qualification Certificate/Statement of Result: To be qualified for DE admission, you must have completed your ND, NCE, HND, BSC, IJMB, JUPEB, RN, RM, etc. To register now, you must go to the JAMB office with this result (if your qualification is not more than 2 years), or otherwise, the certificate awarded.
3. O'level Result/Certificate: The certificate of your NECO, WAEC, NABTEB, or NBAIS will be required for the DE application. As such, you're to take the paper printout or the certificate collected along when going for the DE registration.
4. National Identification Number (NIN): Strictly for DE candidates, JAMB requires you to come for the DE registration with your NIN. The reason might be to help you in using that to get the profile code or troubleshoot if needed. However, even if you've got your profile code, you still need to go with the NIN.
5. Phone Line/SIM Used For JAMB: Before you gained the former admission for NCE, ND, and BSC, remember you used one phone line/SIM to get your profile code? You're to go for DE registration with the same SIM. If you did regularization, you'll need the SIM used for the regularization. Candidates with IJMB, and JUPEB might be exempted from this but must go with their phones and SIMs too.
