To Reprint JAMB Result, Still Ask For Payment

Before you can print the JAMB result or JAMB, you must pay. Yes, for the original JAMB result and JAMB admission letters! 

Some candidates have paid the charges. However, for one reason or the other, they later need to reprint the results. Visit their JAMB portal just to reprint without pay, the portal still asks for another payment.

You Might Have Printed Five Times Already

In case you don't know, once the payment is made for your JAMB result or JAMB admission letter, you're limited to printing it only five times.

You Might Be Using a Wrong Portal

If you've just paid but trying to print the result didn't work for you, it's likely that the payment was not successful in the first place.

In this case, you'll need to check your payment status to be sure that the payment was successful. First, confirm with your bank. Check for a debit alert if available. If debited, you may need to contact your bank to be sure it's not a dispensing error.

Your Former Payment Might Need Requery

Sometimes, you're truly debited and not of technical issues. I've noticed that the JAMB portal could delay the reflection of payments, sometimes, after the payment. 

Unfortunately, unless you requery the payment manually, it may remain hanging. Trying to print the result, you'll still be required to make another payment.

In this case, just log in to your JAMB portal, and navigate to the payment tab. Click that and see the list of your previous payment attempts. Click on the right payment, on the list, to get its status. The payment will be reprocessed and automatically be given value. Then, you'll be able to print your result or admission letter without a new payment.
