You Have Included Special Character(s) in The SMS Sent
Normally, to obtain your profile code, you will send NIN followed by a space, then followed by the actual NIN, for example, NIN 48179271891.
However, some students may have made errors such as:
- Creating a space before typing NIN.
- Typing two spaces before/after the NIN.
- Adding spaces after the actual NIN.
- Inserting punctuation marks such as commas (,), colons (:), semicolons (;), full stops (.), or any other symbols.
All of the above or similar mistakes will result in the following reply:
NIN Must be Numbers Only. e.g. NIN 00000000021 to 55019.
Now, you should be aware of what to check for before resending the SMS. Ensure that you have not typed more than just the NIN followed by a space and the actual NIN.
