JAMB's Instructs Regularized Students To Raise Support Ticket
In an interaction with a concerned candidate, JAMB recommended the necessity of using the support ticket system in cases where there is a lack of clarity regarding the approval of your regularization.
In response to Olamilekan El-Asmy's report,
I completed JAMB regularization in July last year and submitted the indemnity form to my school. Despite this, I have not received approval. I visited JAMB headquarters in Ibadan to raise my concerns, but they directed me back to my school, which claims to have authorized it. Uncertain about the next steps,

JAMB advised him to raise a support ticket.
To do so, please raise a ticket at http://jamb.gov.ng/support
