List of Colleges of Health You Can Choose in JAMB

While registering for JAMB, you may want to consider a college of health. Of course, some colleges of health sciences and technology are under the ambit of the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board. These colleges are clearly included in the official JAMB brochure for prospective aspirants to check, to decide which one to choose, which course (s) they offer, and their SSCE and UTME subjects required for courses.

It should be noted that these JAMB-recognized colleges of health and a few others, not listed here, may still offer other courses that are not in the JAMB brochure, just because such courses are not offered through JAMB.

In other words, if you must consider admission into any of the colleges (federal, state and private) and their JAMB-specified course, you will need to choose it in JAMB or change it. Included here, just as in the JAMB brochure, is the list of courses you have access to, in those schools, through JAMB. Courses that they don't offer through JAMB are not included.

One key area where courses listed above are superior to other courses being offered by these colleges, but not under the JAMB brochure or not through the JAMB admission, is NYSC.

If you go to any of the colleges above, or anyone at all, through the JAMB admission, you'll most likely serve at NYSC after your HND or graduation.

While other courses not under the JAMB will offer your certificates at the end of your course, the above-listed courses, at the listed colleges, will offer you the National Diploma (ND) which you can use to proceed to HND or process direct entry (DE) admission to university.
