Universities and Courses that Accept Chemistry D7, E8 or F9

If you're looking for engineering courses without chemistry, science majors without chemistry,
science courses to study without chemistry, medical courses without chemistry, biology courses without chemistry, schools that accept d7 in chemistry, computer science without chemistry, etc, this post will save your day.

We all know Chemistry is a Science, hence any admission seeker should have it handy before obtaining the JAMB admission form.

But you could be surprised to learn that even with D7, E8 or F9 in this subject, you can still gain admission into certain courses.

The post below will explain and guide you on this. Read on!

Before then, you may find the related posts below helpful as well.

  1. Universities and Courses that Accept D7, E8, or F9 in Biology for Admission
  2. Universities and Courses that Accept D7, E8, or F9 in Physics for Admission
  3. Universities That Accept D7 or E8 in Mathematics for Science Courses

Is a Credit in Chemistry Compulsory for Admission?

The answer is yes and no.

It depends on the schools and courses being proposed.

Generally, every admission seeker will need at least 5 credit passes in not more than two sittings of WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, NBAIS (or a mixture of any two) to gain admission. Some schools such as the University of Ibadan may, however; demand 6 credit passes if you must use two sittings for some of their courses.

Meanwhile, for most Science courses, you must have English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Hence, it becomes a source of a headache if you lack one of these – especially chemistry (as the subject seems central to almost all science courses).

If you find your result lacking Chemistry, you will see a way out from the schools and courses below.
