"No CA3" Error For NECO Result: Solutions Here!

Have you tried to check your NECO result with no success? Did you receive an error message "No CA3"? Then, this is a post right for you.

A few candidates had been trying to check and print their NECO results and after entering the candidate's number, Token, exam type, and year, all they got was an error "No CA3" instead of the expected result page. This seems to be very rampant lately.

Why No CA3 Error?

The full meaning of CA is Continuous Assessment. During NECO registration, schools were instructed to submit their candidate's continuous assessment test results.

These must be filled out online while entering each candidate's data. CA 1 means first term test, CA 2 means 2nd term test, and CA 3 means third term test. All these scores must be submitted, normally, during the NECO June/July registration.

However, some schools might, by mistake, not added their candidates' CA3. This was why you received this error when trying to check your result.

Will My Result Be Released Sooner?

The only way NECO will release your result is after your school has contacted NECO on this issue. The school management has to do the right things - thereby taking their candidates' CAs to the NECO office or filling it online, if instructed.

Having said that, below are the procedures for each affected school to correct the errors and let students be able to see their results.

Schools Should Make Payment of N20,000 for Late CA 3 Submission

The fee for late CA 3 upload can be found here https://www.neco.gov.ng/fees-payments/ and is required before any candidate will be allowed to check their results.

Use these steps to make payment for late CA 3:

1. Log into your SSCE internal account with your username and password.
2. From your dashboard, you can either click on the Make Payment button or use the Payment button located on the side menu to begin your purchase.
3. Select the CA 3 option and click on the Submit button.
4. You’ll be redirected to the Remita web page to complete your purchase.
5. Once your purchase is completed, you’ll be able to upload your CA 3. Launch the offline application and enter each Candidate's CA 3 that was not uploaded previously.

What Candidates Must Do Regard this

Kindly return to your school and report the errors you're getting. I'm sure you're not the only one in this mess. As soon as the school is aware of the problem, they will take the necessary actions.

With time, hopefully not too late, NECO will release your result. Then you can check and print.

How to Know When Finally Released

You will have to be checking the NECO result checking portal continually until your result is displayed.
