Only when the verification is delayed beyond the normal should you contact your school's admission or administrative office to request verification. Candidates are required to return to the educational institutions where they obtained their A/Level certificates, such as NCE/ND, to request certificate verification.
If you're considering contacting JAMB about this, be aware that you'll likely receive the same response as above.
