As of the time I write this post, the JAMB CAPS mobile app runs well on older versions of Android. If your phone is on Android 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11, it should work and run fine on it. However, the app, except now updated by the board, might not work well on Android version 12 and beyond.

For example, as of now, trying to download and install the JAMB CAPS mobile app on a phone running Android 12, returns the error below.

If you have the same issue, you can download the .apk file from Apkpure or a related website, and you'll safely install and run the JAMB CAPS mobile app on your device even if it's running Android 14 or beyond.

1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
