1. This School of Nursing is a part of the School of Nursing Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospitals Complex (OAUTHC). The school of nursing is administered by the same management.
2. For reference, the Schools Of Nursing, Wesley form is usually out at the same time the School of Nursing, OAUTHC is out.
3. Admission procedures are duly and strictly the same for the two schools.
4. The school of Nursing now runs a National Diploma/Higher National in Nursing just like very many other schools of nursing

1. Applicants must not be less than 16 years at the time of admission
2. Both male and female applicants are expected and duly considered on merit
3. Pregnant women are not eligible to apply as there will be a pregnancy test before being cleared if admitted. Though you can be a married woman before applying.
4. Applicants must obtain JAMB UTME and score the cut-off mark to be announced by the management (usually 180 or above)

6. Applicants must possess SSCE (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB)with five credit passes in the subjects listed below:

• English
• Mathematics
• Biology
• Chemistry and 
• Physics

School Of Nursing, Wesley Guild Hospital, Ilesha Method of Application and Payment

1. Visit the OAUTHC admission portal or click https://oauthc.gov.ng/advertsonadmission.php
2. Fill out the basic profile form to start the application. 
3. Fill out the profile account creation form. Make sure you supply a correct and functioning email and phone number. You will also choose a unique username and password you can remember. Hint: You can use your email as the username and phone number as the password. Submit this form and you will be redirected to log in
4. Log in with your chosen username and password. On the next page, click on Entrance Form Payment, under the page menu at the top of the display. You will be directed to see your RRR before you can click to pay eight thousand, two hundred and four naira, twenty-five kobo (#8,204.25) including the Remita charges. Make sure you copy or print this RRR for record and reference reasons. 
5. After a successful payment, log in again to resume your registration. Click on "Complete Your Form" and fill in all the required details including personal data and educational information and result details
6. After that, proceed and click on "Upload Picture" to upload your scanned or snapped passport photo
7. Submit your application and print the acknowledgment slip or evidence of the application.
8. Post-UTME Screening Exercise will hold for candidates who passed the UTME Entrance Examination and made the School of Nursing, OAUTHC, Ile-Ife, Osun State as their first choice of institution, or those willing to change their institution and make the School of Nursing OAUTHC, Ile-Ife, Osun State, their first choice for the approved program.
