You might have written one, but now in dilemma, as to whether you will ever get a certificate for it.
The good news is, just like internal WAEC (May/June), you've got a certificate for your GCE too.
This has been officially answered by WAEC.
In the same vein, candidates writing or those who had written NECO GCE and NABTEB GCE should be confident that they have official certificates to collect.
It's equally important to note that, GCE certificates can only be collected at the exam body's state office - where the candidates wrote the papers.
Visit the WAEC office of the state of exams. Where you have more offices within the same state, try any and take along the following:
NB: If your certificate has stayed in the WAEC office for more than 4years, the Custody Fee would apply.
FOR NECO and NABTEB: Follow the same procedures. It's unlikely for anything to be different.

How to Get WAEC GCE Certificate

For West African Examinations, to be specific, you should follow the steps below.Visit the WAEC office of the state of exams. Where you have more offices within the same state, try any and take along the following:
- One passport
- GCE Photocard
- Computer print out of the GCE result
- N5,550.00 cash (payable to WAEC) or N15,000 (if you're outside the country)
FOR NECO and NABTEB: Follow the same procedures. It's unlikely for anything to be different.
