Directly, YES, you can change your course or discipline with any university's top-up degree except otherwise stated in the adverts or terms.

However, even if you aim to change your HND or BSC course or field with a top-up degree, it's safer to say that such a course will still be related to your former course. This is not only to help you cope adequately with the new discipline but because the base SSCE requirement for the new course has to be met.

And in most cases, the SSCE subjects used for your former course will only be relevant to a related course. But if you can retake another SSCE now and make the subject required for an entirely new course not related to your former field, you're welcome. 

According to the Federal University Oye Ekiti advert, "Applicants must possess a minimum of five (5) O’Level subjects at credit level In relevant subjects In not more than two (2) sittings in the subjects relevant to their proposed program. English Language and Mathematics at credit level are compulsory for all candidates."

This is generally the requirement by all universities running the top-up degree or HND/BSC conversion program apart from the other two requirements as stated below.

1. A minimum of a Third Class or Pass division or HND certificate from a recognized institution is required for the program.
2. Completion or exemption from the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Scheme

Meanwhile, these terms are generally required by all universities running top-up degree or HND/BSC conversion programs and must be met before being offered admission.
