FEDPOLY Ado Evening Full Time (2024): Portal, Price, Closing Date

Applications are invited from qualified candidates for admission into the polytechnic daily evening National Diploma full-time program. Interested candidates should take note of details in the post for the requirements, application portal link, and application fee, among other things.

Background of the Federal Polytechnic Ado Evening Daily ND Full-Time Program

This form is opened as a substitute for the regular morning full-time program opened to UTME candidates who will be admitted into the polytechnic through the online screening exercise.

For this evening OND full-time program, candidates are to receive lectures on the polytechnic campus just like their ND post-UTME (morning OND full-time) counterparts. They are also going to attend lectures from Monday to Friday like their morning counterparts. However, their lectures will be held usually in the afternoon. This is why it's called the Evening ND programme.

The programme is also a 2-year course just as for the morning full-time. At the end of the course, candidates will be able to go for a one-year IT programme before proceeding to HND or can choose to cross to university through the Direct Entry application.

Federal Polytechnic Ado Evening ND Full-Time Program Admission Requirements and Eligibility

1. Candidates must possess at least 5 credit passes in their SSCE subjects (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB or GCE) relevant to the courses they are proposing and in not more than two sittings.
2. Candidates awaiting results may not apply.
3. Candidates might have written JAMB or might not have written or passed JAMB. In other words, you don't need UTME to apply for the polytechnic evening full-time ND program. However, if you had written JAMB, you can still obtain the form.
4. Candidates who obtained the post-UTME/screening form but were not admitted could take advantage of this form to cross to the evening full-time option.
5. Applicants should be 16 or older at the time of admission to meet the admission age requirements.

Method of Application and Payment for Federal Polytechnic Ado Evening Full-Time Program

1. Applicants should visit the Federal Polytechnic Ado admission portal or click https://students.fedpolyado.edu.ng/Applicant/Form/FormInvoiceGeneration
2. Now, click on APPLICANTS in the menu. Among the options, available click Generate Invoice. Here, a form will display where you will take ND Evening full-time under the PROGRAMME
3. Next, take the appropriate course. Be sure you have the right SSCE subjects for the chosen course
4. Fill in the rest of the profile information which includes the names, state of origin, phone number and email. Be sure you use a functioning email and phone number here
5. You can now click Generate Invoice button to print the invoice to make the payment of N12,500  at a bank closer to you using the Remita platform. You can also proceed from here to pay the fee yourself through the online Remita platform. See How to make payment for Remita at either bank or online.
6. After a successful payment online or at the bank, return to the admission portal. Then, click on the Fill Application Form under APPLICANTS in the menu. You will be required to fill in the Remita reference number (RRR) on the receipt collected from the bank or printed online after the payment (if paid online).
7. Click  NEXT to proceed to fill out the form. Here you're to fill in all other required information including your biodata, school and SSCE subjects/grades, and scan and upload your passport photo with white background.
8. After filling out the form, submit and print the required acknowledgement slips and confirmation of completed registration.

After Applying for Federal Polytechnic Ado Evening ND Full-Time Programme, What Next?

1. Candidates should regularly be checking their admission status through the dedicated link on the school portal - https://students.fedpolyado.edu.ng/Applicant/Admission/CheckStatus
2. There is no need to submit any document to the school until you're offered admission
3. After being offered admission, proceed to the school for physical checking of your claimed credentials and do a physical screening
4. Before or after this, you will be required to make payment of the acceptance fee. 
5. After being cleared for the physical screening, you'll be required to pay the school fee.
6. Closing Date: Until further notice
