Sometimes, when candidates visit their JAMB portal and navigate to the profile section (under CAPS), they expect to see their details in full. The expected details include JAMB registration number, gender, date of birth, state of origin, and UTME score. However, in most cases, they only see the JAMB registration number, with other information remaining blank or empty.

JAMB Details Are Usually Empty in the Early Time of the Admission Year
If you're checking your JAMB portal at the early time of the admission year, usually a few days, weeks, or months after the JAMB exam or JAMB result, what you'll likely see is a blank profile.
Look at the picture below; this is what you're likely to see checking that early.
Later, you should see all the details showing, as shown below.

With time, usually later when the portal is fully equipped for activities such as changing institutions/courses, checking and following admission progress, acceptance of admission, and printing admission letters, this information will be fully updated by then.
