However, I noticed she was mistaken for the school for The Polytechnic Ibadan. Yes, she said The Polytechnic Ibadan just offered her admission. But when I checked a few things for her, I noticed she was offered admission by another polytechnic.
So, why the confusion? Was the name not in the SMS or email she got?
Well, here is the answer. The school that offered her admission was "Ibadan City Polytechnic".
Do you see where the confusion was coming from?
The two polytechnics sound the same when you mention their names but they're not. To make the matter worse, they're both located in Ibadan.
