UBA Connect is a feature of UBA accounts that allows customers to make withdrawals, deposits, and transfers from their accounts at any UBA location across Africa.

Transactions would be conducted in the local currency of any country a customer is in. However, customers who want to make foreign currency withdrawals can only do so if they have corresponding domiciliary accounts

UBA Connect is not a separate account but a package opened to any UBA account holder. Hence, to take advantage of this package, you just have to be a UBA customer. UBA Connect is a feature of your existing UBA account. As long as you have a UBA account, you can access the service across 20 African countries

1. Visit any UBA location in Africa
2. Complete a UBA Connect Send, Receive or Transfer form at the branch
3. Provide valid identification (International passport with valid visa or migration stamp in the case of ECOWAS member countries)
