SCHOOL OF NURSING, ITIGIDI CROSS RIVER STATE ADMISSION EXERCISE FOR THE 2024/2025 ACADEMIC YEAR
This is to inform all prospective candidates for admission into Cross River State College of Nursing and Midwifery Sciences, Itigidi that forms for post-UMTE screening are available at the College Registry on payment of a non-refundable fee of twenty thousand naira (N20,000) only into Account No: 2037884057 (College Utility Account) domiciled in First Bank Plc and evidence of payment tendered at the Bursary department of the College where handling charges of ten thousand naira (N10,000) only shall be paid cash for issuance of receipts to cover all payments made. Procurement of form(s) commences onRecommended: Difference Between Registered Nursing (RN) and Registered Midwifery (RM)
The management is using this platform to invite suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Cross River State Schools of Nursing (School of Nursing Calabar, Ogoja, Itigidi and Department of Nursing, Ministry of Health Calabar) Basic Nursing Programme for the 2024/2025 academic session.
Cross River State College of Nursing Entry Requirements
- Applicants who chose the College as the first or second choice at the JAMB Examination of 2024 with an aggregate score of not less than 150
- Applicants with evidence(s) of change of Institution/Course to reflect the name of the College with a 2024 JAMB aggregate score of not less than 150.
- The College Management Committee shall be responsible for the selection of successful candidates.
- Applicants must present evidence(s) of five (5) credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology obtained in WAEC or GCE, NECO, or NABTEB O’Level at not more than two (2) sittings.
- Two (2) recent passport-sized photographs preferably colored with white background
- First School Leaving Certificate and sworn Affidavit of date of birth/age declaration.
Transfer of Students to the Cross River State College of Nursing
- As stipulated by NMCN, change of training school is only possible before the end of the second year and the transferring student must spend not less than two years in the receiving school.
- To change from one training college to another, students must notify the provost of their intent to change training in that particular college and must bring a letter of acceptance from the provost of the prospective college and complete all necessary documentation to that effect.
- Students must fulfill all conditions outlined in the NMCN document. Any student who qualifies for withdrawal from the college cannot seek for transfer to another college.

Cross River State School of Nursing Method of Application and Payment
Application form can be obtained from the office of the Registrar on payment of non-refundable fees of 15,000 only into account Number 2037884057 (College Utility account) domiciled in first bank plc and evidence of payment tendered at the bursary department of the college for receipt and payment of processing fee of 10,000 (totaling 25,000)
NOTE ALSO
- Completed application forms must be returned to the Registrar of the College accompanied by photocopies of all relevant credentials a week before the aptitude test/Oral interview date.
- The completed form should be returned to the school with the following:
- Two Recent Passport Photographs
- Photocopies of Age and Educational Certificate
- Bank Teller / Print-Out
- Two File Jackets
DATE FOR SELECTION INTERVIEW /APTITUDE TEST: Post-UTME screening shall commence . The schedule for the screening exercise which shall comprise both Computer Based Test (CBT) and oral forms will be communicated to all and sundry at a later date for your earliest information and necessary action please.

Sir is it truth that's it as been approved to go for nysc cross river state college of nursing and midwifery?
