FUHSI Post-UTME (2024): Portal, Cut-Off Mark, Closing Date

This is to inform candidates who have applied or are willing to transfer to the Federal University of Health Sciences Ila Orangun (FUHSI), Nigeria, that registration for the post-UTME Screening exercise for the 2024/2025 admissions will commence on Monday 12th August, and end on Saturday 31st August, 2024.

Please note that the candidates who wish to study MBBS, Nursing Science, Medical Laboratory Science, and Doctor of Physiotherapy must have obtained five credit passes in relevant O’level subjects in not more than one sitting.

For Direct Entry (DE) candidates, applicants must have obtained in relevant subjects a minimum of 13 points for Medicine & Surgery and 12 points for Nursing Science. Second Class, Upper division Degree from a recognized University in the relevant course is also acceptable for MB,BS and Nursing Science.

Please be advised that all payments should be made online through the official website; do not pay into any private accounts. No physical forms are available.

Federal University of Health Sciences, Ila-Orangun (FUHSI) Admission Requirements and Eligibility

1. Candidates must have obtained the 2024 JAMB UTME, sit for it, and pass in accordance with the cut-off mark announced (below) for each course.
2. Such candidates must have equally chosen the Federal University of Health Sciences, Ila-Orangun, Osun State as their first choice institution. Candidates who did not choose the university in UTME but decide to process its university should proceed to the nearest CBT center and change to the university as the first choice
3. Candidates must be not less than 16 old as of October 2024 to be qualified for the national/JAMB age requirements for admission
4. Candidates should have a minimum of five (5) O’level credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology with the relevant UTME subject combinations in the current Year UTME.

Federal University of Health Sciences, Ila-Orangun (FUHSI) Post UTME Method of Application and Payment

Having met all the requirements for FUHSI admission, follow the procedures below to apply and pay for the post-UTME.

1. Visit https://admissions.fuhsi.edu.ng/applicant/login
2. Fill out the biodata and submit it. 
3. Proceed to the second stage to make the payment of #2000 for the form
4. Fill out the rest of the form, after the payment and submit
5. Print the acknowledgment slip for successful registration. Keep this for reference.

Federal University of Health Sciences, Ila-Orangun (FUHSI) Post UTME Procedure for 2024/2025 Academic Session

Below are the steps to take while filling out your online form.

1. Login using your UTME Number and UTME Score
2. Update your contact details for generating Remita payment
3. Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) will automatically be generated for you
4. You can pay in any of Remita’s payment options. Clicking "Pay Now" to open the payment dialog, OR click on "Generate Payment Schedule" to generate, download, and print a payment schedule that contains all the necessary information to make at a Bank or Remita website.
5. After successful payment, you can update your UTME details
6. After successful payment, you can upload your passport-sized photograph
7. Update your O' level examinations, maximum of 2 sittings
8. Upload electronic copies of your O-level results and UTME result slip. Please note that the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has indicated that it would not clear any shortlisted candidate who does not have O' Level results. All candidates, therefore, are advised to visit any JAMB offices or accredited CBT center nearest to them to upload their O'level results.
9. Generate, download/print the acknowledgment slip to complete your registration

FUHSI Post-UTME Sale of Form, Closing Date, and Exam Schedule Updates

1. The examination will be done online, on a dedicated link which shall be provided on the university website fuhsi.edu.ng only.
2. The examination will take place on TO BE UPDATED SHORTLY between 9am and 4pm. The link to the examination will be made available on the university website TO BE UPDATED SHORTLY.
3. Candidates can only log in once, as such, only one session will be allowed. You are therefore advised to log in only when you are ready to take the exam. The environment must be quiet, serene, and private, as noise, interference, and external movements log out a candidate thereby disqualifying such candidate.
4. You must use a webcam-enabled computer as the algorithm compares your passport with the video recorded.
5. Ensure your internet is stable and strong throughout the examination.
6. Your uploaded passport will be used as the official passport throughout your stay at the university.
