Responsibilities

1. Provision of reception support service to our staff
2. Operation of the telephone
3. Maintenance of the reception area
4. Communicate effectively with staff and visitors to the company
5. Receipt and distribution of all emails to the company
6. Professional appearance.
7. Responds to emails sent to the company’s mailbox.
8. Keeps records of incoming and outgoing mails.

Education Requirements and Experience

• HND in any field
• Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer, etc.)
• Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
