Kwara Nursing College, Oke-Ode: Apply Form

The Kwara State College of Nursing Sciences, Oke-Ode, is pleased to announce that the application form for the Academic Session is now available for purchase! Take this chance to join one of the leading nursing colleges in Nigeria.

Eligibility Criteria

1. JAMB Score: Applicants must have scored 180 or above.
2. Change of Institution: Candidates must visit a JAMB office or an approved CBT center to change their institution to the College of Nursing Sciences, Oke-Ode.
3. O'Level Requirements: Candidates must have at least five (5) O'Level credits, including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, in no more than two sittings of WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB.
4. Accepted Combinations: WAEC & WAEC, WAEC & NECO, or NECO & NECO.
5. NABTEB Results: Must be from a single sitting.

• Entrance Examination: The entrance exam will be conducted via CBT (Computer-Based Test).
• Date: September 24th, 
• Venue: CBT Centre, Kwara State College of Nursing & Sciences, Oke-Ode
• Time: 8:00 AM

Registration Steps

1. Visit the Portal: Go to portal.kwconoo.edu.ng and click on "INSTRUCTION" from the menu to understand the registration steps.

2. Fill Out the Form: Click on "Applicant Form" and enter your details (Surname, First Name, Other Name, Email, and Phone Number).

3. Make Payment:

• Pay the application fee of N18,300 using your ATM card.
• Select your card type (Visa or MasterCard), enter your card number, expiry date, CVV (3-digit number on the back of the card), and PIN, then click "Pay".

4. Complete the Application:

• After successful payment, an Application Number will be generated.
• Return to the homepage and click on "Applicant Login".
• Enter your Application Number and Surname to log in.
• Fill in the required fields on the application form (Personal Details, Programme, O'Level Results, Upload Passport, Attestation).

5. Print Documents:

• Print your Application Form and Payment Receipt.
• The schedule for the entrance examination will be included with the application form.
