ADMISSION INTO THE PART-TIME DEGREE PROGRAMMES OF LAGOS STATE UNIVERSITY FOR THE 2024/2025 ACADEMIC SESSION
The Lagos State University Consult invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Lagos State University Part-Time Degree Programmes for the 2024/2025 Academic Session. The programme is domiciled at the Lagos State University, Epe Campus.
LASU Part-Time Degree Admission Requirements and Eligibility
- Applicants must have at least 5 credits in their SSCE (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB or GCE) relevant to their proposed courses (as detailed in the section below) and in not more than to sittings.
- Candidates don't need to have obtained, written or passed JAMB UTME
- The minimum age limit for enrolment into the programme is eighteen [18] years.
LASU Part-Time Degree List of Courses
The following part-time degree programmes are available for the 2024/2025 Academic Session with their corresponding SSCE requirements.
- Accounting: English Language, Mathematics, Economics, and any subject from Social Science,
- Business Administration: English Language, Mathematics, and any subject from Geography, Accounting, Commerce, Government, Economics,
- Industrial Relations and Personnel Management: English Language, Mathematics, Economics, and any subject from Accounting, Government, Geography, Business Management, Statistics,
- Mass Communication: English Language, Mathematics, Literature In English, and any subject from Arts or Social Science,
- Computer Science: English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and any subject from Science,
- Economics: English Language, Mathematics, Economics, and any subject from Arts or Social Science,
- Agricultural Science: English Language, Chemistry, Biology or Agricultural Science, and any subject from Mathematics, Physics, Geography, Economics, Science,
- History and International Studies: English Language, Government or History, and any subject from Arts or Social Science.
- Political Science: English Language, Mathematics, Government or History, and any subject from Arts, Social Science, Science or Trade.
LASU Part-Time Degree Method of Application and Payment
- Prospective candidates should visit https://www.lasu.edu.ng/spts/ to pay a non-refundable application fee of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000) only, to access the application form.
- Candidates are required to fill out the application form upload their credentials and submit the form online. Thereafter, they will be invited for screening.
- Successful candidates will be required to pay immediately an acceptance fee of Twenty Thousand Naira only (N20,000) and a medical fee of Twenty Thousand Naira (N20,000) only.
