This is to inform the general public and interested applicants that the Federal College of Education, Abeokuta Admission form (post-UTME) is out. All concerned should follow the guide in the post to obtain, fill and submit the form.

Federal College of Education Abeokuta (FCE) Admission Requirements and Eligibility

  1. Candidates must have chosen the college as s school of choice in the 2023 UTME
  2. Candidates must have chosen the college as their first choice institution. Otherwise, candidates who chose the college as 2nd or 3rd choice can also apply provided they’re ready to change to the first choice to be offered admission.
  3. Candidates who did not choose the college, but are willing to do so now, can also obtain the post-UTME form.
  4. Candidates must have scored a cut-off mark of 100 and above in UTME.

Federal College of Education, Abeokuta General Admission Requirements

  1. Applicants must possess a minimum entry qualification of four (4) O’Level Credits and a Pass in a relevant subject at one or two sittings in SSCE/GCE/NECO or its equivalent 
  2. A Grade II Teacher’s Certificate (TC ii WITH Credit or Merit in four (4) subjects, two of which must be relevant to the course the candidates wish to offer with credits/merits in English Language and Mathematics are required (credit in 1 or pass in other).
  3. A credit in Mathematics is required for all science-based courses except where it is stated otherwise.
  4. A credit in the English Language is required for all courses except where it is stated otherwise

FCE Abeokuta Post UTME Method of Application and Payment

  1. Visit the college admission portal or click on https://fce-abeokuta.edu.ng/
  2. Read the application instructions as detailed on the page.
  3. Fill in your bio-data and make payment of a NON-REFUNDABLE FEE of N2,000.00 (Two Thousand Naira) only through PAYSTACK using either your ATM or Bank Account Number (if you use your Account Number, a code will be sent to your phone). Please enter the code to complete the payment.
  4. Complete the online Registration Form by filling in your results.
  5. After the successful completion and submission of the application, print the acknowledgment slip.

After Online Application, What Next?

Candidates are to bring the following to the Admissions Office for the Screening Exercise:
  1. Printed online registration form
  2. Printed payment receipt sent to your e-mail
  3. All results (SSE/GCE/NECO etc.)
  4. UTME Result Slip
  5. Printout of JAMB Change of Institution/Course for candidates that did not pick the College as Institution of First Choice.
