Lagos University Teaching Hospital is a tertiary hospital established in 1961 and is located in Idi-Araba, Surulere, Lagos State, the administrative division of Nigeria. The teaching hospital affiliated with the University of Lagos College of Medicine was established in 1962.
Applicants are to note that JAMB will be required for this year's application and henceforth.
LUTH School of Nursing Admission Requirements and Eligibility
To be eligible for the course, you must possess the following qualifications:
- School Testimonial
- JAMB Profile/Print out
- Five(5) O'Level Credits in (not more than 2 sittings):
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Biology
- Physics
- Chemistry
LUTH School of Nursing Form Method of Application and Payment
To apply for the Lagos State Teaching Hospital School of Nursing admission,
- Visit https://luth.gov.ng/schools/nursing
- Click on "Register" and on the next page "Apply"
- Fill your biodata correctly including your name, phone number, and email
- Submit and check your email for the login details
- Right on the school portal, you're to proceed with the registration and make the payment of the Application fee: of #10,000.00, Transaction charges: of #215.00, and a Total: of #10,215.00.
- At the stage above, copy down your RRR for possible reference. Make the payment directly on that platform using your ATM card (Mastercard) or use the RRR to make the payment at any commercial bank.
- If your payment is successful, your payment status on your login page will be updated to PAID. You will then be able to fill out the whole form, and upload any document due as per program requirements.
