THE FEDERAL POLYTECHNIC, BIDA (OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR) ACADEMIC AFFAIRS DIVISION 

APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION INTO PROGRAMMES OF STUDIES IN THE 2023/2024 ACADEMIC SESSION

Applicants are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the National and Higher National Diploma Programmes of The Polytechnic for the 2023/2024 Academic Session.

Federal Polytechnic Bida Post UTME/Admission Screening Requirements and Eligibility

1. Candidates who chose the Federal Polytechnic Bida as 1st choice and scored 120 and above in the 2023 UTME.
2. Candidates who did not choose the Polytechnic as their first choice can equally apply provided they are willing to change the institution.
3. Candidates must possess Five Credit Passes including English language and Mathematics in either WAEC, NECO or NABTEB in not more than two settings.
4. Candidates awaiting results can also apply but would be required to upload their results when available before being admitted.
5. Click the Post UTME Application Portal or just click https://eportal.fedpolybida.edu.ng/putme/ to start the registration
6. Generate RRR on the Application Portal to pay the sum of ₦2,000.00 for Post UTME registration

Federal Polytechnic Bida HND Admission Requirements and Eligibility

1. National Diploma (ND) in the relevant programme with a minimum of lower credit and a Pass in the field of interest.
2. Five Credit Passes including English language and Mathematics in WAEC, NECO or NABTEB at not more than two sittings.
3. A minimum of one-year post working experience (Industrial Training) for holders of National Diploma at lower credit and two years at Pass level.
4. All applicants (Except those that graduated from Federal Polytechnic Bida) are to send Transcripts of their National Diploma under confidential cover to The Registrar, Federal Polytechnic, Bida.
5. Federal Polytechnic Bida Method of Application and Payment for Post UTME and HND form Form
6. Applicants are to log into the Polytechnic website (fedpolybida.edu.ng) and then click on the “Post UTME registration link” or HND application form link on the right-hand side.
7. Click on Start Application to Create an Account using Functional Personal Email Address.
8. Generate RRR on the Application Portal to pay the sum of ₦7,000 for the HND application form (whichever is applicable) and then proceed to fill the form online.
9. Click the Post UTME Application Portal to start the registration
