- Select option 6 for "Other Services".
- Select option 2 for "Dispense Error".
- Enter the amount that was debited from your account.
- Enter the transaction date (in the format DDMMYY).
- Enter the ATM terminal ID (found on the ATM receipt).
- Enter your account number.
- Follow the prompts to provide additional information about the transaction and submit your complaint.
- Once you have submitted your complaint, GTBank will investigate the dispense error and refund your account if it is found to be valid.
Alternatively, log the dispense error complaint on this self-service channel by dialing *737*52*NUBAN*5# for any phone. Then, follow the prompts.
