NPC Ad-Hoc Staff (Census) Recruitment 2022: Portal, Closing Date

NPC AD-HOC STAFF E-RECRUITMENT PORTAL FOR THE 2023 CENSUS

This is to inform the general public and all interested applicants that online application for the 2023 Population and Housing Census ad-hoc staff recruitment will commence on 31st October 2022 and end on 28th December 2022.

Please note that there will be temporary system closure of the e-recruitment portal for internal review of the recruitment process from 7th November to 13th November 2022.

Nigerian Population Commission (NPC) Ad-Hoc Recruitment Requirements and Eligibility

Interested prospective applicants must have the following to be qualified.

1. MSC, BSC, HND, NCE, OND or SSCE e.g. WAEC, NECO, GCE or NABTEB
2. Valid NIN
3. Valid Phone Number (Remove from DND.)
4. The registration device location setting must be turned on.
5. Valid Email address
6. Valid education certificates/credentials
7. Age should be between 18 to 60 years

All applications must be accompanied by genuine documentation and verifiable personal data. Any data or document submitted that is found to be fake, untrue or fraudulent will lead to automatic disqualification of your application.

Method of Application For The Nigerian Population Commission (NPC) Ad-Hoc Staff

The application is free and accessible online at the official NPC's website. You can also click the direct link https://2023censusadhocrecruitment.nationalpopulation.gov.ng/

On the page, click "Start Application" and select your category. Available categories are Ad-hoc Staff, NPC, and Data Quality Management (DQM).

After taking your category, proceed to confirm that you have the requirements to apply which include the NIN, email, phone, etc.

On the next page, enter your NIN and verify. If correct, it should verify and give you a notice like below.

Next, is the stage called bio-data. Here, you'll fill in your personal and educational details as shown below. And in the next few stages, you will fill in your contact, education, work experience, etc.

Next is the live capture of your face (i.e. passport photograph). Here, there will be a prompt on your computer to allow the webcam. Allow that to capture your face.

Next, you will need to fill in the information of at least a guarantor. Details to fill in, include the Name, phone number, and status

Next, you will be prompted to confirm the correctness of the information filled in and submit. Check/mark the confirmation box and submit.

Next, if successfully submitted, you're to print the confirmation slip for reference and keep the application ID. You'll need that to log in in the future.
