ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE SALES OF FORMS INTO BASIC MIDWIFERY, COMMUNITY MIDWIFERY, AND COMMUNITY NURSING 2023/2024 ACADEMIC SESSION

This is to inform the General public that Shehu Sule College of Nursing and Midwifery Damaturu, will commence Sales of Students admission forms into the following Programmes:

1. Prospective candidates must possess 5 Credits in the following Science subjects: Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English in not more than two sittings, WAEC, NECO, and NABTEB.
2. Note that the combination of NABTEB and any other ‘O’ Level certificate is not allowed.
3. Candidates with awaiting results are not eligible.
4. All Interested candidates are to apply via the College website (www.ycnm.edu.ng) on payment of non-re-fundable of N5,500.00 only through REMITA and no Change of Name after Submission of Application.
5. Qualified applicants will be notified on the website of the date for Computer Based Test (CBT), the printing of CBT Slip, and Post UTME in case they possessed the required JAMB score.

Shehu Sule College of Nursing and Midwifery Admission Requirements and Eligibility

Applicants must:

1. possess 5 Credits in the following subjects: Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English in not more than two sittings
2. The College accepts WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB and its combination.
3. Applicants with awaiting results may not apply
4. Applicants should be 16 or above before admissions

Shehu Sule College of Nursing and Midwifery Method Of Application and Payment

All Interested candidates are to

1. Visit ycnm.edu.ng
2. Click on Admission
3. Click on Create Account,
4. Provide required information on the profile activation form & Click on "Proceed"
5. After completing Step 4, RRR Code will be generated. You may continue with payment online via Remita Portal or copy the RRR Code and pay at any Bank Branch, anywhere.
6. After successful completion of payment, Repeat Steps 1 & 2, then type in your NIN (provided in Step3) and RRR Code (Generated in Step 4), Then Click on Submit.
7. After Completing Step 6, the Application Form menu will be displayed containing sections for Bio-data, uploading of passport photo, filling of O'level results, scanning and uploading of documents, making the right choice of course/program, and submission. Click on it & provide the required information until the Application Status is completed.
8. Print Acknowledgment
