The Federal Polytechnic of Oil and Gas Bonny Rivers State welcomes applications from suitably qualified candidates who sat for the 2023/2024 JAMB Unified Tertiary Matriculation  Examination (UTME) and obtained a minimum score of 120 and above into her National Diploma (ND) Programmes for the 2023/2024 Academic Session. The available courses with their entry requirements include:

1. Electrical/Electronic Engineering Technology
2. Industrial Safety And Environmental Safety Engineering Technology
3. Computer Science Technology
4. Statistics Technology
5. Petroleum Marketing And Business Studies

1. Electrical/Electronic Engineering Technology

A minimum of five (5) credit passes in SSCE, NECO, or its equivalent. English Language, Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry are compulsory in addition to any of the following: Agricultural Science, Biology, Fisheries, Health Science, Animal Husbandry, Technical Drawing, Further Mathematics, Wood Work, Economics, Commerce, Marketing, Metal Works, Geography, Auto Mechanics, Government, History, Civic Education, Electrical Installation and Maintenance works, Electronics, Basic Electricity.

2. Industrial Safety And Environmental Safety Engineering Technology

A minimum of five (5) credit passes in SSCE, NECO, or its equivalent. English Language, Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry are compulsory in addition to any of the following; Agricultural Science, Biology, Fisheries, Health Science, Animal Husbandry, Technical Drawing, Further Mathematics, Wood Work, Economics, Commerce, Marketing, Metal Works, Geography, Auto Mechanics, Government, History, Civic Education, Electrical Installation and Maintenance works, Electronics, Basic Electricity.

3. Computer Science Technology

A minimum of five (5) credit passes in SSCE, NECO, or its equivalent. English Language, Mathematics and one (1) basic science subject is compulsory in addition to any of the following; Economics, Geography, Government, History, Civic Education, Further Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Agriculture, Fisheries, Health Science, Animal Husbandry, Type Writing, Computer Studies, Data Processing.

4. Statistics Technology

A minimum of five (5) credit passes in SSCE, NECO, or its equivalent. English Language, Mathematics and one (1) basic science subject is compulsory in addition to any of the following; Economics, Geography, Government, History, Civic Education, Further Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Agriculture, Fisheries, Health Science, Animal Husbandry, Type Writing, Computer Studies, Data Processing.

5. Petroleum Marketing And Business Studies

A minimum of five (5) credit passes in SSCE, NECO, or its equivalent. English Language and Mathematics are compulsory in addition to any of the following; Economics, Commerce, Marketing, Business Methods, Business Studies, Principles of Accounts, Book Keeping, Literature in English, Geography, Office Practice, Government, History, Civic Education, Biology, Agricultural Science, Health Science, Fisheries, Animal Husbandry, Physics, Chemistry, Typewriting, Shorthand, Computer Studies, Data Processing.
