YABATECH Post UTME/Degree (2022/2023): Cut Off Mark, Price and Closing Date

2022/2023 YABA COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY (YABATECH) ADMISSION SCREENING EXERCISE FOR ND FULL-TIME AND DEGREE APPLICANTS.

This is to inform the general public, parents, sponsors, and eligible applicants that admission forms for:
  1. YABATECH ND Full-Time programmes and
  2. YABATECH Degree form (in Affiliation with the University of Nigeria, Nsukka) is out.

Please note that the application for all programmes is on sale. Note that any candidate who is not 16 years as of 31st October 2022 is not eligible to apply and applicants who enter the wrong date of birth will be disqualified. Thank You!

Applications are hereby invited from interested 2022 UTME candidates who applied for admission into Yaba College of Technology (the best-rated Polytechnic in Nigeria according to Webometric ranking) for Full-Time National Diploma (ND) and B.Sc (Edu.) in Technical Education programmes (100/200level) being run in affiliation with University of Nigeria (Nsukka).

YABATECH Post UTME Requirements and Eligibility 

All aspirants should note as follows:
  1. The admission screening is open to candidates who chose Yaba College of Technology as their 1st or 2nd Choice Institution and scored 150 and above for National Diploma (ND) Full Time and 180 for B. Sc. Degree (100 Level) in affiliation with the University of Nigeria, Nsukka in the 2022/2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).  
  2. All direct entry B.Sc Degree (200 level candidates are also required to apply appropriately on the College Portal.  
  3. However, all candidates who have chosen Yabatech as the 2nd Choice Institution are required to change to First Choice on the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Portal to be eligible for admission. 
  4. All candidates must not be less than 16 years old by October 2022.

YABATECH Post UTME/Degree Method of Application and Payment  

  1. Visit: www.yabatech.edu.ng and click on POST UTME SCREENING 2022/2023 link under the Prospective Students' panel, then click on the register panel menu as seen below. You can also visit https://erp.yabatech.edu.ng/yabaapplication/ directly.
  2. Ensure to fill with accurate information as changes can not be made and note that wrong information supplied leads to application disqualification.
  3. NB: Enter valid Jamb registration number, Email, and JAMB score, and avoid misspelling of any information below.
  4. Preview the Information supplied before you proceed to payment, if correct, proceed to make payment.
  5. Confirm your payment details before you proceed, if not close this page immediately and contact CITM support.
  6. Select the payment method and click on proceed to make payment.
  7. Select how do you want to pay on remita payment page.
  8. Enter valid Card details and click on the submit button.

After a Successful Payment

  1. Click on the Payment Confirmation/validation link on the YABATECH site to validate your payment. see the screenshot below.
  2. Follow step 1 above and log in to continue
  3. Login with your JAMB registration number and Phone number as the password.
  4. Click on O'Level Result menu
  5. Select your number of sitting(s) and click Proceed to continue. Please note that there is no verification payment involved.
  6. Fill your O'level details accurately as any mistake shall attract penalty payment before correction.
  7. Upload your passport by clicking on the browse button below. NB: Size must not be more than 20KB, Allowed extensions are .jpg/.png and Dimension should be 120px * 120px. Submit the application to continue
  8. Print your application form and keep in touch for other subsequent notifications on this page.

YABATECH requires five (5) O' Level credit passes in English Language and Mathematics , Literature in English and any two (2) other subjects from: History, Economics/Commerce, Fine Arts, Government, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Agric. Science, Geography, Typewriting, Principles of Accounting, Photography, Marketing and Yoruba/Hausa/Igbo.

No. YABATECH requires five (5) O Level credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Literature in English and any other two subjects from the followings: Government, Economics/Commerce, History, Geography, Yoruba/Hausa/Igbo Language, Fine Art, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Agric. Science, Principles of Account, Civic Education and CRK/IRK.
