FEDERAL COLLEGE OF ANIMAL HEALTH AND PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY ADMISSION EXERCISE FOR THE 2024/2025 ACADEMIC SESSION

Application for admission into the 2024/2025 Academic Session has now commenced for the following programmes of the College.

1. Remedial Programme (1 year)
2. Environmental Health Assistant (2 years)
3. Environmental Health Technician (3 years)
4. National Diploma in Animal Health & Production Technology (2 years)
5. National Diploma in Fisheries Technology (2 years)
6. National Diploma in Agricultural Technology (2 years)
7. National Diploma in Science Laboratory Technology (2 years)
8. National Diploma in Computer Science (2 years)
9. National Diploma in Environmental Health Technology (2 years)
10. Higher National Diploma in Animal Health Technology (2 years)
11. Higher National Diploma in Animal Production Technology (2 years)
12. Higher National Diploma in Agricultural Extension & Management (2 years)
13. Higher National Diploma in Fisheries Technology (2 years)
14. Higher National Diploma in Computer Science (2 years)
15. Higher National Diploma in Environmental Health Technology (2 years)

Method of Application and Payment 

Interested  applicants  are  expected  to  visit  the  College  portal “portal.fcahptvom.edu.ng” and fill the application form after the payment as  follows:

1. One thousand naira (N1,000) only for Environmental Health Assistant, Environmental Health Technician, and ND programmes.
2. Three thousand naira (N3,000) only for HND programmes.

Step 1: Using the form on this page complete the fields and click on Create Account Button.
Step 2: Make payment for your application by generating an invoice with RRR for payment either online or at the branch of any Bank.
Note: You will be required to have an email address in order to apply for any of our courses.
Step 2: Complete your Biodata form
Step 3: Complete your O'Level result entry
Step 4: Upload the required documents. The Following Documents will be required

1. Passport Photograph (Compulsory)
2. Birth Certificate (Compulsory)
3. O'Level Results i.e WAEC/NECO/NABTEB (Compulsory)
4. National Diploma Certificate - ND (Compulsory for HND programmes)
5. Indigene Certificate (Optional)

Step 5: Review all the information you entered and correct any possible error(s). Upon satisfactory review of the information click on submit the application to conclude your application. Print out the slip at the end of the registration to serve as evidence of application.

You will be notified of any further information concerning your application via SMS and email

Closing Date: Candidates are expected to complete and submit the application form online and printout an acknowledgment slip on or before the (date to be announced later).

Screening Date: The screening of all prospective candidates with the exception of Remedial candidates will hold on a date to be announced later by 8am in the College premises.

NOTICE

Candidates are to come with the acknowledgment slip printed after completing the  Pre-Screening  Registration  form (application  form),  all  original  and photocopy of their credentials for the exercise, and to pay online the following screening fees:

1. One thousand naira  (N1,000) only for Environmental  Health  Assistant,  Environmental Health Technician, and ND programmes.
2. Two thousand naira (N2, 000) only for HND programmes
