Hence the State Ministry of Health has released the entrance exams report as follows:

1. This is to inform the general public, especially all candidates who had earlier obtained admission forms into Osun State College of Health Technology, Ilesa that the Entrance Examination into the Institution for the 2018/2019 academic session will come up on Saturday, 17th November, 2018.  
2. Other prospective candidates are advised to register immediately as the sales of forms close on Wednesday, 14th November, 2018. 
3. The venue of the examination which is expected to start at 8:00 am prompt is Ataoja Government High School, along Gbongan-Ibadan Road, Osogbo. 
4. Candidates are expected to come to the examination venue with the following items: 

• The printout at the point of registration for identification purposes.
• Writing materials such as pen, HB pencil, eraser, and sharpener.
