UNIABUJA IJMB Form (2024/2025): Price, Portal, Closing Date

This is to inform the general public, interested candidates, parents, and sponsors of the Interim Joint Matriculation Board (IJMB) form of the University of Abuja (UNIABUJA) for the 2024/2025 session.

Prospective applicants should follow the procedures in the post below, to apply. They should carefully follow all instructions and guides. Note: Deadline for registration: Friday, August 30th, 2024 (might be extended).

UNIABUJA IJMB programme is a 9-month A'level course that will train and groom candidates seeking admission into the university. After being admitted to the IJMB, candidates are required to undergo the classes preparing them for the final joint exam where candidates are expected to have the required point/grade for their proposed course.

With the UNIABUJA IJMB programme and application for JAMB direct entry form, successful candidates will be admitted into the 200-level of your proposed or merited course.

UNIABUJA IJMB Admissions Requirements and Eligibility

1. Applicants must have at least 5 credit passes in the relevant SSCE subjects in not more than 2 sittings
2. Candidates with awaiting results can equally apply, provided they can produce the required O'level results before they will need to be admitted to 200-level
3. Applicants should be at least 16 years by the year of being admitted into 200-level
4. Applicants should obtain the JAMB Direct Entry form during the programme or after in order to process DE admission into the University of Abuja

UNIABUJA IJMB Method of Application and Requirements

1. Visit https://portal.uniabuja.edu.ng/apply_now.php, click on “Apply Now” on the menu and Select "Available Portal"
2. Click the Interim Joint Matriculation Board link on the left pane
3. Complete the basic information page (Please note: Enter only valid phone number and email address and click next.
4. On the payment review page, for N25,000, click on “Generate RRR” and this takes you to another page
5. Click “Submit” and you will be redirected to remita payment page.
6. Enter ATM card (Mastercard or Visa) number and other details as appropriate and submit
7. Enter "OTP code" sent to your phone and click continue to complete your payment.
8. After a successful payment, click on “Main login” on the portal, enter your RRR
9. Click on “Login to dashboard” and complete your registration.
10. Ensure you print the completed registration form, payment receipt, and exam schedule
