If you prefer having control over where ads appear on your website, manual ad placement is the way to go. This approach allows you to strategically position ads in specific locations, optimizing user engagement and revenue generation.

A good starting point is to include three AdSense ads per post. This number strikes a balance between monetization and user experience.


  1. Anchor Ads: Consider using one of the auto options, like Anchor ads, which are fixed at the top or bottom of the screen and scroll along with readers' eyes. These ads ensure continuous visibility and can contribute to better user engagement.
  2. Above the Fold: Ads positioned above the fold, meaning they are visible without scrolling, tend to yield higher click-through rates (CTR) and potentially higher Cost Per Click (CPC). This prime real estate is often valuable for advertisers, leading to increased revenue.
  3. Middle of the Article: Placing an ad in the middle of your article can be highly effective. This positioning captures readers' attention after they've engaged with your content, increasing the likelihood of clicks.

I strongly suggest enabling this feature in automatic mode to boost your website traffic and on-page engagement through embedded links within your posts. You'll be pleasantly surprised by the impressive impressions (CPM) these ads can generate."
