What is a Predgree Programme?

A predegree programme is a one year course that is designed to prepare senior school certificate holders for part one (first year) degree programme.

SSCE holders can obtain the admission form for this programme as a pre-university preparatory course.

This course usually lasts 6 to 9 months. It holds usually at the campus of the proposed university or a dedicated study centre.

By abbreviation, some universities call it PD, PDS. Some universities alternatively call it remedial programme.
